Lasagna Box was created by Alex and Zak Thompson, two brothers who cut their teeth in a family food manufacturing business and have gone on to help dozens of national brands fulfill their highest potential. Along the way they joined forces with Matt Stargel, co-founder of food and beverage manufacturer Canopy Foods and CBD beverage manufacturer, PackLabs.

Their combined skill set spans the full spectrum of food manufacturing, marketing and distribution, from initial product and brand development through scaled operations and national business expansion. As needed the team have hand selected a few high powered, trusted industry friends to help in the areas that they do not specialize in.
